Handmade with (TALLOW) Traditionally women in Chad use tallow with their Chebe. Has a hint of (PEPPERMINT ESSENTIAL OIL) to mask the tallow smell. Usage: Dampen your hair.
Apply the Chebe paste to hair.
Re-braid the hair. Once the braiding is done, wet it again with water. Leave in 12 - 24 hours. Wash with Chebe Shampoo.
For best results, repeat the routine every 5 to 7 days. NOTE: If this butter is transported or stored in a very warm environment (76 Degrees F or higher) it WILL melt. This will not change the effectiveness of the butter, it will, however, cause the oils to separate and will lose it's whipped butter consistency. NOTE: Color varies slightly from photo to a darker or lighter shade. This butter does not spoil, but some of its benefits decrease after 18 months. #(3) CHEBE OIL (now comes in a RED BOTTLE) made with authentic Chebe powder from The Republic of Chad in Central Africa (WITHOUT THE CHEBE PARTICLES). Infused using low heat to pull as many nutrients from the powder as possible, then left to marinate for 7 days. Oil is very potent so only a small amount is needed. DIRECTIONS: Coat the hair from roots to tips and massage for even distribution. Wrap the hair/locs in a towel or plastic cap to keep it warm for a minimum of 30 minutes. Rinse and style as desired. How Chebe is made
The Chebe seeds, mahellaba soubianne, and cloves are individually grilled and separated. Then individually ground into a fine powder in a sort of mortar and pestle set up and those ground powders are also separated.
